Commercial Clearance & Waste

Commercial Waste Management

Commercial waste management is a regular, scheduled collection of your business waste, with the duty-of-care records you are legally required to keep. iTrade agrees the streams, frequency and containers that fit how your business works.

Quick answer

Who it is for: Offices, shops, trades and other businesses needing regular collection rather than a one-off clearance.

What it covers: Scheduled collection of agreed waste streams, with waste transfer documentation kept for you.

When a survey is needed: A short assessment of your waste types, volumes and space sets the right schedule and containers.

Every business is responsible for its own waste and must keep records showing it was passed to an authorised carrier. A regular collection makes that straightforward, with the paperwork handled each time.

The right setup depends on what you produce and how much: general waste, recycling, and any specific streams, at a frequency that suits your space and budget.

What to have ready for an accurate quote

  • The more of this you can share, the faster iTrade can give a realistic figure:

Reassurance and compliance

As a business, you have a waste duty of care under section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. That includes passing waste only to an authorised carrier and keeping a waste transfer note for each load for at least two years. A regular collection is one way to keep those records in order.

iTrade Recycling Ltd is registered with the Environment Agency as an Upper Tier carrier, broker and dealer under CBDU521652. The public record was checked on 10 August 2026 and expires on 9 February 2027; customers should follow the official register link and check it again before hiring.
