Clearing after a tenancy has ended has a legal edge that an ordinary clearance does not. The landlord must have lawful possession, and belongings left by a former tenant cannot simply be treated as rubbish without following the correct steps.
iTrade helps by removing contents and rubbish efficiently and, where asked, recording what was cleared, so the property can be turned around for re-letting. iTrade does not carry out the eviction itself.
